Cystic fibrosis is a rare disease with no cure. However, there are medications that can extend patients’ lives. These were not subsidized by the Spanish public health system and were extremely expensive, making them inaccessible to many patients.

Goal:

The goal of this campaign was to raise awareness about the disease among the public, thereby putting pressure on the government to authorize the subsidy for this medication.

A ‘challenge’ type campaign was proposed, where people had to record a video of themselves inflating and popping a balloon, and upload it to their social media with the hashtag #inflaunglobo (‘Blow a balloon’)
