After several years of continuous growth with its online software, AdEspresso wanted to diversify its revenue streams and decided to offer advertising campaign management services. However, it lacked the necessary human and technological resources.

Goal:

To create an additional revenue stream by offering services to clients, using a marketplace structure where consultants looking for income could connect with clients seeking services.

Solution:

A series of different digital services were created that worked as a sales funnel and upsells. These services were managed by a team of consultants who earned a percentage of the price paid by the client. An online dashboard was also developed to streamline and automate the process (request, payment, service delivery, etc.).

In just one year and without investing in any paid promotion, the AdEspresso Marketplace accounted for up to 20% of the company’s total revenue. Most clients were acquired through word-of-mouth and often followed the created conversion funnel.
